Principal Investigator
Dr. Guglielminotti is a health services researcher and a former attending obstetric anesthesiologist in Paris, France, with 20 years of experience in clinical care.
His research focuses on obstetric anesthesia care and maternal health, disparities in maternal health outcomes, the impact of social and structural determinants of health on maternal health outcomes, and the effectiveness of health policies in improving maternal health.
His research has been recognized by the 2019, 2022, and 2023 Patient Safety Award from the Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology, and by the 2020 HCUP Outstanding Article of the Year Award from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and AcademyHealth. He is currently funded by competitive grants from the National Institutes of Health.
